Assistant Manager, Human Resources

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an HR assistant manager to support all HR Generalist initiatives for IT Cosmetics. This person will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, which may include reporting, recruitment, updated and housing of personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, & production of all digital assets for ecommerce website updates and digital media campaigns including emails, display, and social network updates
  • Responsible for the entry and update of HR data through L’Oreal HRIS database for new hire data, terminations, address changes, pay changes, title changes, transfers, etc.
  • Offer process support, including offer letter creation and processing of relevant background testing/drug. testing requirements, onboarding, etc
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees, follow-up to ensure all paperwork is returned and any follow-up questions
  • Provide guidance on employee requests and questions (in person, by email or phone) related to human resources policies, procedures, payroll, benefits and related areas
  • Serve as liaison with IT and facilities to onboard and off board employees
  • Process all workflow, postings and job requisitions with accuracy and on a timely basis via L’Oreal HRIS database
  • Coordinate Temp/Freelancer process (new hire paperwork, invoices)
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Draft policy and procedure updates and communicate to employee population
  • Manage HR reporting (open job, candidate status, turnover, org charts etc.)
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts on an ongoing basis
  • Participates in annual salary planning and performance management process
  • Support Talent Planning and Salary Exercise process by scheduling meetings, running reports, organizing binders for review; attend meetings for respective client population
  • Manage compensation system and other reward systems and make recommendations for continued improvement.
  • Candidate sourcing, tracking and screening
  • Drive people process execution and improvement
  • Assist with onboarding, training strategies and activities to build organizational effectiveness
  • Plans, and organizes activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Assist VP, HR in creating/preparing materials for presentations, managing calendar, reserving and setting up conference rooms, sending invitations, email communication, etc
  • Partner with multiple departments to support their needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred
    • 1-3 years previous HR experience required
    • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
    • Project management experience
    • Candidate sourcing experience required
    • Expert level proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SRM, Concur
    • Prior Experience with PeopleSoft and applicant tracking system required

Art Director, Digital

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced ART DIRECTOR to lead the creative development for our ecommerce website (desktop and mobile) and all digital marketing campaigns. They will work hand in hand with Digital Design Director and VP, Global Creative Director to ensure the brand vision, strategy and key initiatives are visually interpreted in line with the IT Cosmetics brand identity, image and voice across all projects, distribution channels and media platforms. The ideal candidate will be strong conceptually, have a design sensibility in line with prestige/luxury beauty and be used to working in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, & production of all digital assets for ecommerce website updates and digital media campaigns including emails, display, and social network updates
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences
  • Support brand aesthetic in all digital media including the look and feel of web pages including typography, graphics, color, layout and other factors based on branding, rendering designs in Photoshop, HTML and other creative software applications into useable elements of a working website
  • Understand and discover target audiences’ needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative concepts
  • This individual will be knowledgeable of best practices when it comes to design and content production
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to insure brand consistency and unified direction as well as suggest innovative solutions to business requirements that leverage digital content to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences
  • Work with agency partners to ensure that content created is consistent with brand guidelines and can drive maximum levels of traffic and conversions
  • Design wireframes, email templates and digital brand book for the digital team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in a related field, such as industrial design, graphic design, or marketing communications
  • 8-10 years graphic design experience
  • Minimum 5 years digital design experience with a solid understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, user interface, and user experience
  • Strong prestige brand creative aesthetic. Beauty and agency experience a plus
  • Able to translate marketing objectives into creative direction
  • Advanced working knowledge and capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant web and graphic tools
  • Has a working knowledge of HTML, capabilities of browsers and other user-centered design constraints within mobile and desktop environments

Art Director, Visual Merchandising

You will work with a design-savvy team to create concepts for in-store displays and other design elements. The goal is to translate marketing strategies into innovative and impressive designs that will grab the attention of people in a busy store environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in leading the design development process of global merchandising units and updates (general tester units, seasonal color units, mini focus units, special gifting merchandisers skincare units, new launch units, merchandising props for shelving, department/specialty and free standing stores to support new launches and re-promote items for in-store use
  • Partner with global marketing and regional teams to conceptualize and develop visualization and product presentation in-store to support selected collections and launches
  • Partner with Global Director, VM and Creative Operations to take work from concept to final execution and ensure all programs meet brand standards and on-counter dates
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, white samples and present completed ideas to internal team members
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
  • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide direction
  • Stay on top of all in-store trends and maintain best practices
  • Supporting and assisting with other facets of the company’s operations within creative

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven working experience with 4 years in visual merchandising

Senior Manager, Creative Operations

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Creative Operations will ensure that creative projects are executed according to best practices and tracked throughout the organization. He/she aids the Director of Creative Operations in establishing timelines and processes to ensure efficient workflow for the Creative team. He/she acts as the liaison between the Creative department and all internal cross-functional teams by communicating key dates, keeping all involved parties up to date on the project status and noting and escalating delays, when necessary.

The Senior Manager will also assist the Creative Operations team members by making sure the project has been briefed with the proper information before the commencement of work. He/she will work with them to identify the scope and deliverables for each request submitted and assist in managing the timeline with all involved team members to ensure key delivery dates are on track to be met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Director of Creative Operations in managing all aspects of creative development, including timeline creation, implementation, resource allocation and reporting
  • Aid in communication flow within the Creative team by acting as primary point of contact and support for all active creative projects
  • Work to ensure delivery times and specs for all programs are met, in addition recognizing potential issues before they occur
  • Ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work
  • Partner with the Creative Operations team to maintain updated schedules, hold status meetings and inform teams of changes in due dates
  • Manage stakeholder routing and approvals of creative and feedback
  • Help organize and gather assets for projects as needed
  • Coordinate with all Creative team members and other cross-functional departments on delivery of assets
  • Ability to negotiate and propose options for prioritizing workloads and time spent on work
  • Responsible for reviewing and understanding business and creative goals of each project and speak to those as needed
  • Partner with Creative Operations team members on helping to maintain systems for project workflow and communications along with department process needs
  • Potential to oversee management of Creative Operations Coordinator and aid in developing and refining her skill set
  • Assist in preparing for weekly Creative meeting with Jamie by staying on top of teams for deadlines, ensure materials are reviewed by appropriate approvers prior to Jamie review and have all reference materials printed and ready for presentation

Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition

JOB SUMMARY:

IT Cosmetics is expanding our digital marketing team with a Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition. We are seeking someone who has excelled at driving demand performance in digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company by acquiring new customers to the IT Cosmetics brand. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing programs in support of ecommerce business
  • Works closely with a number of key stakeholders, including Director of Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, and agency partners to deploy range of campaigns focused on SEM, Affiliate, and PPC (e.g., display, retargeting.)
  • Oversees a digital marketing calendar and budgets in accordance with ecommerce and digital marketing plans
  • Discovering, researching and testing new and emerging digital channels
  • Engage regularly with external agencies and vendors, as well as key internal functional areas such as ecommerce, creative, brand marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Partner with marketing, creative and developer partners to create and test new technologies and innovative campaign concepts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally with a recognized brand in beauty, CPG, apparel or retail.  Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is highly preferred
  • Hands on experience planning and managing campaigns in Paid Search, SEO, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Display/Remarketing, and partnerships
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and range of analytics tools (e.g. , Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Omniture) as well as various 3rd party media platforms
  • Fully conversant with developing and optimizing integrated campaigns, and tracking both budgets and marketing ROI
  • Passionate about marketing; you are continuously a student of your industry, pursuing knowledge, best practices, competitive landscape and staying on top of trends
